Vivacity is a high- energy Jazz and Swing Band specializing in early American jazz and featuring the xylophone! Based in Orlando, Florida, the band performs locally and internationally for audiences of all ages at jazz festivals, themed events, concert series, galas, swing dances and more. Vivacity has a distinctive neo-vaudeville sound rooted in the rich musical traditions of New Orleans, with an extensive repertoire of original arrangements spanning the music of the 1920s, the Great American Songbook and beyond.
Vivacity will help design the perfect entertainment for your event- from a Roarin’ 20s Great Gatsby dance party to the office holiday gathering to conventions and everything in between! This band brings an exhilarating energy to any event!

A fantastic band with very talented musicians, wonderful arrangements and classic songs! They capture the essence of a time gone by with their retro outfits and old-time nostalgia! I’ve even seen them do live recreations of old-time radio shows just the way they used to be done back in the day, complete with reading commercials for popular products from the radio era. So fun!
